(A) A mono-long chain alkyl type cationic surfactant that has one alkyl group having 18-24 carbon atoms in an amount of from 0.05% by mass to 15% by mass (inclusive) (B) A di-long chain alkyl type cationic surfactant that has two alkyl chains having 10-18 carbon atoms in an amount of from 0.01% by mass to 5% by mass (inclusive) (C) A mono-long chain alkyl type cationic surfactant that has one alkyl group having 12-17 carbon atoms.本發明之毛髮化妝料含有以下之成分(A)~(C)，且成分(A)與成分(C)之質量比(A)/(C)為3以上且200以下，成分(B)與成分(C)之質量比(B)/(C)超過1且為100以下。(A)：具有1個碳數18~24之烷基之單長鏈烷基型陽離子界面活性劑0.05質量%以上且15質量%以下(B)：具有2個碳數10~18之烷基鏈之二長鏈烷基型陽離子界面活性劑0.01質量%以上且5質量%以下(C)：具有1個碳數12~17之烷基之單長鏈烷基型陽離子界面活性劑
