PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for imparting or improving a peel feeling of a tangerine, and a composition for improving the peel feeling of a tangerine.SOLUTION: A peel feeling like a tangerine of a perfume or a food and drink can be improved, and palatability thereof can be heightened by a peel feeling improver of a tangerine perfume or a tangerine flavor food and drink comprising one or more kinds selected from methyl salicylate (0.005-0.8 ppm), 1-p-menthene-9-ol (0.008-1.2 ppm) and sabinene (0.1-18.0 ppm).
