The present invention relates to a high internal phase water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic composition, and more specifically to a cosmetic composition that using an emulsifier including a crosslinked polymer linked by hydrophilic linking group and a branched polymer linked by hydrophilic linking group to have a low viscosity property, so as to be easily impregnated into a carrier.
