The present invention discloses a use of a traditional Chinese medicinal composition for preparing medicine for promoting bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell survival in vivo and differentiation into cardiomyocytes. The invention also relates to use of the traditional Chinese medicinal composition for preparing the medicines for treatment of cardiovascular disease in combination with autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
