The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for making up or caring for the skin comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium: (a) 0.6 to 20% by weight relative to the total weight of said composition of at least one polyester wax having a melting point between 40 and 90°C, and the degree of crystallinity of which is less than 95% and (b) from 1 to 25% relative to the total weight of said composition of at least one acrylate/poly- trimethylsiloxymethacrylate copolymer. It also relates to a cosmetic method for caring for or making up the skin, comprising the topical application of the aforementioned composition to the skin.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique pour le maquillage ou les soins de la peau comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable: (a) 0,6 à 20% en poids par rapport au poids total de ladite composition d’au moins une cire polyester ayant une température de fusion comprise entre 40 et 90°C, et dont le degré de cristallinité est inférieur à 95% et (b) entre 1 et 25% en poids par rapport au poids total de ladite composition d’au moins un copolymère acrylate/poly-triméthylsiloxyméthacrylate. L’invention concerne également un procédé cosmétique pour les soins ou le maquillage de la peau comprenant l’application topique de ladite composition à la peau.
