PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye mask which is easy to wash and hygienic by assisting effective rest by surely stimulating the eyeball and the acupuncture points and muscles around the eyeball by magnetic force. SOLUTION: A plate-shaped magnet that is curved by being bonded to a stainless steel plate is used, and an eye mask is provided with a pocket for attaching and detaching the magnet.
