PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent active components or the like from being deteriorated or the like due to gastric acid penetrating into a capsule coating, in a capsule formation containing an active ingredient in which components may deteriorate upon contact with an acid, in one embodiment.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the capsule formulation containing the active components and an oil, in which a capsule of the formulation is an enteric capsule containing a water-soluble film forming polymer and a gellan gum, the oil is a pharmaceutical or edible acceptable oil, the active components are encapsulated into the capsule together with the oil, and the active components do not contain Bifidobacterium-bacteria.
