A swine spray vaccination system (800) comprising: a conically-shaped body (810) having an open first end (812) that serves as an entrance for a piglet and an opposite second end (814), the conically-shaped body (810) being vertically oriented; and a vaccination station for individually vaccinating piglets, the vaccination station being at least partially located within the conically-shaped body (810) between the first and second ends (812, 814), the vaccination station including at least one sensor (819) that detects the presence of one piglet within the vaccination station and at least one source (401) of vaccination configured to automatically deliver a vaccine upwardly into the face of the piglet via a spray nozzle.
