The invention relates to a method for extraction and separation of cannabinoids from industrial hemp, designed for medicinal purposes, and also the preparation of an extract, not containing tetrahydrocannabinol, and the preparation of maximum refined individual cannabinoids.;The advantage of the method according to the invention consists in the preparation of an extract from hemp, which contains at a high percentage medically useful cannabinoids and doesn't contain undesirable admixtures and tetrahydrocannabinol, so that it can be used without any restrictions as a pharmaceutical. Moreover, the method allows the possibility of separation, if required, into individual useful cannabinoids as pure compounds, in ecological terms, without environmental pollution, as it is according to the most synthetic methods.
