The present invention relates to a pulse sensor and, more specifically, to a pulse sensor which does not sensitively respond to infrared rays existing in external light by including a diode layer formed with an amorphous silicon. Also, the present invention is to provide the pulse sensor including a photodiode which does not respond to infrared rays included in external light. According to one aspect of the present invention, the pulse sensor comprises: a substrate including a light transmitting region and a light receiving region surrounding the light transmitting region a light emitting unit spaced from the substrate on the light transmitting region a first electrode on the light receiving region a diode layer on the first electrode and a second electrode on the diode layer.
