The device comprises the following components: an optical light guiding system which is configured in the frame of device and guides visual target light beam into the checked eye while the optical light guiding system and the checked eye are separated by a presenting window an up-and-down rotating unit which lead to a beamsplitter to rotate around a rotation axis that traverses the light axis of concave reflector and extends along the left-and-right direction a mask selecting unit which inputs the mask slection signal possessed by the mask plate and a control unit which determines a rotation angle alpha for rotating the beamsplitter for causing that the visual target covered with single-line transverse mask is in a visual line with an approximate same height of checked eye according to the configuration information of visual target covered with single-line transverse mask, and controls the driving of the up-and-down rotating unit according to the determined rotation angle alpha.
