The present invention provides a polyhydroxyphthalazinone compound, preparation method thereof and use thereof, wherein the general formula of chemical structure of the polyhydroxyphthalazinone compound is shown by the formula (I). The polyhydroxyphthalazinone compound disclosed by the present invention has a good effect on activating ERβ receptor, and it is expected to develop a novel ER-β receptor agonist.
