PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body rinse agent capable of improving sustainability of smooth feeling brought to the skin and improving coating properties by increasing the adsorption properties of particles to the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided a body rinse agent which contains the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) a water-insoluble powder (B) a silicone oil and (C) an oily component which has an SP value of 17.2 or more and less than 23.1 and is a liquid at 25°C, wherein the mass ratio ((B+C)/A) of the total content of the (B) component and the (C) component to the content of the (A) component is 0.05 or more and 2.5 or less.
