PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product effectively inhibiting degradation odor generated with time and having palatability when manufacturing the product having fatigue resistant effect by blending amino acid such as branched chain amino acid as a fatigue resistant material.SOLUTION: A degradation odor inhibitor of branched chain amino acid contains imidazole dipeptide as an active ingredient. Drink and food contains the same.
