PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis support system, a diagnosis support method, and a program capable of supporting diagnosis taking into account relationships among diseases over multiple organs.SOLUTION: A diagnosis support device 14 includes an observation-required region specification unit 48 for specifying an observation-required region in a medical image, and a related organ specification unit 50 for specifying a related organ related to an organ in which the observation-required region is specified.
