PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double eyelid forming sheet member capable of forming a double eyelid with good operability.SOLUTION: A double eyelid forming sheet member is formed by: preparing a laminated sheet having a layer structure of a second separator (2)/a double-sided adhesive tape (3)/a first separator (1) and on the second separator (2), providing a start point (P1), an intermediate point (P2) and an end point (P3), and forming a first slit line (L1) connecting the start point (P1) and the intermediate point (P2) and a second slit line (L2) connecting the intermediate point (P2) and the end point (P3). The first separator (1) is peeled and removed from the member and the member adheres to the eyelid. Thereafter, being peeled from the start point (P1) side, the second separator (2) is peeled and removed in a state of a continuous peeled piece, leaving only the thin ribbon-shaped double-sided adhesive tape (3) on the eyelid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】操作性良く二重まぶたを形成することのできる二重まぶた形成用シート部材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 第2セパレータ(2)/両面粘着テープ(3)/第1セパレータ(1)の層構成を有する積層シートを作製する。第2セパレータ(2)には始点(P1)、中間点(P2)および終点(P3)を設けると共に、始点(P1)と中間点(P2)とを結ぶ第1スリット線(L1)と、中間点(P2)と終点(P3)とを結ぶ第2スリット線(L2)とを設けておく。この部材から第1セパレータ(1)を剥離除去してまぶたに貼着し、第2セパレータ(2)をその始点(P1)側から剥離していくと、第2セパレータ(2)が一続きの剥離片の状態で剥離除去され、細巾リボン状の両面粘着テープ(3)のみがまぶた上に残る。【選択図】図1
