An infant care apparatus is disclosed for supporting an infant. The apparatus has a base (38), a mattress tray (26,60) supported on the base, and means (56) to provide heat to the infant supported on said mattress tray. The mattress tray is supported on the base so that it is rotatably about a central pivot point (46) to enable said mattress tray to rotate about said central pivot point for access to the infant.
