SOLUTION: The constitution of this apparatus for cultivating the plant for events is characterized by composing an apparatus body in which perforated pipes are arranged in a conical form, a driving part for rotating the apparatus body, a pump part for circulating water through the apparatus body, a storage part for storing the water circulating therethrough with the pump and a distributing part installed on the apparatus body and capable of distributing the circulating water.
