The invention relates to a formulation intended to improve the bioavailability by intestinal absorption of polyphenols, comprising at least one polyethylene glycol (and/or functional equivalent(s)) and at least one glycol ether (and/or functional equivalent(s)). The invention is particularly well suited to improving the bioavailability of hydroxystilbenes, particularly 3,5,4&prime；-trihydroxystilbene or resveratrol.
