These intelligent polymeric articles can act as growth inhibitors of microorganisms and fungi, as well as indicators of the presence of gases, either in the atmosphere or due to food decomposition, for example.ADITIVO, POLIMERO E ARTIGO ATIVOS E INTELIGENTES A presente invenção refere-se a aditivos inteligentes com características híbridas, compatíveis com polímeros, estáveis térmica e mecanicamente, capazes de liberar elétrons e/ou fótons na presença de compostos químicos, especificamente compostos amínicos, amídicos, oxiredutores, água ou vapores destes. Estes aditivos inteligentes se incorporam em matrizes poliméricas permitindo a obtenção de artigos poliméricos inteligentes. Estes artigos poliméricos inteligentes podem atuar como inibidores de crescimento de microorganismos e fungos, assim como indicadores da presença de gases, seja na atmosfera ou decorrente da decomposição de alimentos, por exemplo.
