The present application discloses recombinant Mycobacteriumsmegmatis strains expressing p24 protein of human immunodeficiency virus type I and vaccine compositions against HIV infection comprising the same. The vaccine according to the present invention can be expressed on phagocytes by expressing high levels of antigen, and can enhance dendritic cell T cell proliferation ability and induce enhanced T cell effector function and Th1-biased humoral immune response in inoculated mice. It can be effectively used for simultaneous infection of HIV-1 and tuberculosis.본원은 인간면역결핍바이러스 타입 I의 p24 단백질을 발현하는 재조합 마이코박테리움 스메그마티스(Mycobacterium smegmatis) 균주 및 이를 포함하는 HIV 감염증에 대한 백신 조성물을 개시한다. 본원에 따른 백신은 항원을 높은 수준으로 발현하여 효과적으로 식세포에 제시가 가능하며, 수지상세포의 T 세포 증식 능력을 향상시키고 접종된 쥐에서 향상된 T 세포 효과기 기능과 Th1 바이어스된 체액 면역 반응을 유도할 수 있어, HIV-1과 결핵과의 동시 감염에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
