PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cosmetic which has high elasticity at the time of use, is excellent in glossy feeling, is free from kinkiness of a cosmetic film, is excellent in the lack of change of glossy feeling, and further, is excellent in impact resistance.SOLUTION: By containing polypropylene polymer in which the mass ratio of oil solution of liquid at ordinary temperature and powder is 0.60 to 1.60, the weight average molecular weight (Mw) of a partially crosslinked type organopolysiloxane polymer is 25000 to 100000, and the melting point is 60 to 100°C, a solid cosmetic has high elasticity, is excellent in glossy feeling, is free from kinkiness of the cosmetic film, is excellent in the lack of change of glossy feeling, and further, is excellent in impact resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、使用時に高い弾力性を有し、ツヤ感に優れ、化粧膜のよれがなく、ツヤ感の変化のなさに優れ、さらには、耐衝撃性に優れた固形化粧料の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】常温で液状の油剤と粉体の質量比率が、0.60~1.60、部分架橋型オルガノポリシロキサン重合物、重量平均分子量(Mw)が25000~100000、融点が60~100℃であるポリプロピレン重合物を含有することで、高い弾力性を有し、ツヤ感に優れ、化粧膜のよれがなく、ツヤ感の変化のなさに優れ、さらには、耐衝撃性に優れた固形化粧料を提供するものである。【選択図】なし
