The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for preventing diseases in fishes, comprising, as effective components, an inactive fungus body of one or more fish parasite pathogenic organisms selected from the group Miamiensis avidus serotype 2 and Miamiensis avidus serotype 1； and an inactive fungus body of bacterial fish pathogenic organisms including Tenacibaculum maritimum.
