The present invention relates to a method for producing nitrogen monoxide water for activating animal and plant cells and curing wounds with the nitrogen monoxide water. Accordingly, water containing no substances harmful to plant and animal cells is treated to minimize oxygen molecular density, the nitrogen monoxide water is produced by mixing high-concentration nitrogen monoxide gas with treated water using a bubble generator, cooling water is produced through a cooling device by the produced water, and nitrogen monoxide ice is produced through the nitrogen monoxide water through a refrigerating device.본 발명은 일산화질소 물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 상기 일산화질소 물로 상처를 치유하고 동식물 세포를 활성화 하는 것이며, 따라서 동식물 세포에 유해한 물질이 포함되지 않은 물을 산소분자밀도가 최소가 되도록 처리하고, 기포발생장치를 이용하여 고농도 일산화질소 기체를 처리된 물에 섞어 일산화질소 물을 제조하고 상기 제조된 물을 냉각장치를 통하여 냉각수를 만들고 또한 상기 일산화질소 물을 냉동장치를 통하여 일산화질소 얼음을 제조하는 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
