PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type transducer, etc. in which a leakage pulse is absorbed by a matching circuit, and the amount reflected at an end part, etc. of a common electrode is reduced so that crosstalk between elements can be reduced.SOLUTION: A capacitance type transducer includes an element having a cell 104 of a structure in which a vibration membrane including one electrode of a pair of electrodes 105 and 113 formed at an interval 110 is vibratably supported.
