The device has a row of baskets (5.1-5.5) permeable to water, where the baskets are articulated successively with respect to each other. Each basket includes a leaf spring (4) towards the outside of the basket, where the leaf spring of each basket is fixed at a table (1). The baskets are positioned such that two adjacent baskets are articulated with respect to each other to a maximum angle of about 30 degrees, where each basket is fixed individually at an upper face of the table by the leaf spring.
