PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can initially identify a patient of the central nervous system (CNS) disease such as Parkinsons disease patients by using a finger tap exercise.SOLUTION: An evaluation method is provided with respect to a finger tap exercise, the method that identifies between a healthy elderly and a Parkinsons disease (PD) patient by performing the auto-correlation analysis of an acceleration waveform. Furthermore, by making an integral value in the time lags to 400 milliseconds (ms) as an index, an evaluation index of the Parkinsons disease can be obtained which is superior to a known index (maximum amplitude and LagZC)). As a result, the disturbance of motility due to the CNS disease such as the Parkinsons disease can be discovered in an early stage, and thereby aggravation prevention becomes possible by early treatment.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】指タップ運動を用いて、パーキンソン病患者等の中枢神経疾患の患者を初期に識別できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】指タップ運動の関して評価方法として、加速度波形の自己相関解析を行うことにより、健常高齢者とパーキンソン病(PD)患者の識別を行う。更に、400ミリ秒(ms)までのタイムラグ間での積分値を指標とすることにより、既知の指標(最大振幅やLagZC)よりも優れたパーキンソン病の評価指標になることが分かった。この結果、パーキンソン病等の中枢神経疾患による運動機能障害を早期に発見できるので、早期治療による重症化予防が可能になった。【選択図】図3
