The present invention relates to a therapeutic agent for fungal dermatitis, containing luliconazole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, and a composition for the treatment of fungal dermatitis, containing (1) luliconazole or lanoconazole in a substantially dissolved state as an active ingredient, (2) an oily base, (3) 0.5 to 3% by mass of an emulsifier relative to the total amount of the composition, (4) water and (5) 0.5 to 1.5% by mass of an emulsion stabilizer relative to the total amount of the composition. The present invention provides a therapeutic agent for fungal dermatitis, which shows a strong activity against a pathogenic species of fungal dermatitis, and further provides a composition also having various properties suitable for use for the treatment of fungal dermatitis.본 발명은, 룰리코나졸 또는 그 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 유효 성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진균성 피부염 치료제, 및 (1) 유효 성분으로서 실질적으로 용해 상태의 룰리코나졸 또는 라노코나졸, (2) 유성 기제, (3) 조성물 전량에 대하여 0.5 질량%～3 질량%의 유화제, (4) 물, 및 (5) 조성물 전량에 대하여 0.5 질량%～1.5 질량%의 유화 안정제를 포함하는 진균성 피부염 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해, 진균성 피부염의 병원이 되는 균종에 대하여 강한 활성을 나타내는 진균성 피부염 치료제가 제공되고, 또한 진균성 피부염의 치료에 이용하는 것에 적합한 여러 가지의 특성을 겸비하는 조성물이 제공된다.
