The present invention relates to a feed composition for preventing or treating acute hepatopancreatic necrosis (AHPND) or white spot disease syndrome (WSS), comprising a strain of Bacillus subtilis KCCM11143P, a culture thereof, a concentrate thereof or a dried product thereof as an active ingredient. The feed composition exhibits antibacterial activity against Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which induces acute hepatopancreatic necrosis of shrimp, and antiviral activity, against white spot disease syndrome virus, which induces white spot disease syndrome.
