Apparatus for stimulating the cardiac muscles by means of an external non-invasive technique comprising: a) a high frequency current generator isolated from two channels of the same frequency but of variable phase; b) a part applied with at least two pairs of electrodes configured to be placed externally in the thorax of the human body in such a way that the output currents that come from the pair of electrodes intersect in the heart, myocardium or part of the myocardium c) wherein said two pairs of electrodes, a pair for each channel position are adapted to adjust in such a way that the target area, heart, myocardium or part of the myocardium is located in direct intersection of these four electrodes and each pair of electrodes opposite diagonally be connected to a circuit; d) in which said currents applied through the electrodes are configured to produce a stimulus of regulation of the interferential pulsed heart pulse, in the cross-linked area of the current, which stimulates the heart, myocardium, or part of the myocardium; e) in which said generator has two modes of operation, asynchronous and demand mode; f) wherein said pulsed stimulus repetition rate and current intensity are selectable by the user; g) in which said current generated by the generator is of a square or pulse modulated wave with a base frequency of at least 1 kHz; h) in which the stimulus of regulation of the interferential pulsed heart rate has a pulse repetition frequency, configured to effect cardiac capture; i) in which the stimulus of regulation of the interferential pulsed heart rate has an output current configured to effect cardiac capture; j) in which the stimulus of regulation of the interferential pulsed heart rhythm is biphasic; k) in which said generator is configured to detect the ECG (electrocardiogram) in such a way that the cardiac capture is documented; l) in which said generator is configured to be controlled by detecting the patient's ECG (electrocardiogram) in such a way t
