The present invention provides a porous zeolite seaweed vegetation block which comprises: a body part including a zeolite aggregate on which multiple voids are formed on a surface, cement and an admixture, having a constant area and height, and formed of a cross shape； a through hole formed to vertically penetrate the body part in the center of the body part； a fixing screw passing through the through hole, and fixing the body part to a seabed； and a transplanting groove formed of a ″Ц″ shape at the upper part of the body part so that a seaweed transplanting device is inserted along the cross shape of the body part. Therefore, a sea forest can be constructed with low costs as well as, after the sea forest construction, the sea forest can be easily formed because the porous zeolite seaweed vegetation block is not easily removed by typhoon since root rooting is firmed due to porosity.본 발명은 다수의 공극이 표면에 형성된 제올라이트골재, 시멘트, 혼화제를 포함하며 일정 면적과 높이를 갖는 십자형으로 형성된 몸체부, 상기 몸체부의 중앙에 몸체부를 상하로 관통하도록 형성 된 관통공, 상기 관통공을 관통하여 해저암반에 몸체부를 고정할 수 있는 고정나사 및 상기 몸체부의 상부에 몸체부의 십자형을 따라 해조류이식장치가 삽입될 수 있도록 Ц’모양으로 형성된 이식홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 제올라이트 해조류 식생블럭을 제공함으로써 비용으로 바다숲 조성이 가능할 뿐 아니라 바다숲 조성 후에도 다공성으로 인해 뿌리 활착이 견고하게 되어 태풍 등에 의해 쉽게 탈락되지 않아 바다숲 조성에 유리하다.
