PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave analyzer capable of improving accuracy in calculating respiratory variation as an index for grasping hemodynamics of a subject.SOLUTION: A pulse wave analyzer includes a pulse wave acquisition part 2 for acquiring a pulse wave of a subject, an electrocardiogram acquisition part 3 for acquiring an electrocardiogram of the subject, a respiratory information acquisition part 4 for acquiring respiratory information of the subject, and an analysis part 5 for calculating respiratory variation from the pulse wave.
