This is related to the detection of respiratory diseases by the use of molecular markers as a tool for Forecasting the evolution of tables of respiratory infection.Specifically for the differential diagnosis of respiratory infections caused by Respiratory syncytial virus and Human metapneumovirus, determine the pattern of expression of markers of severity of IL 3, IL - 33 and il-12p40.The patterns of expression of molecular markers can be determined in biological samples by Elisa Assays, Flow Cytometry and Real Time PCR. Confirmation of the causative agent of the Infection: in combination with the determination of the pattern of the molecular markers, IL 3, IL - 33 and il-12p40 indicate prognosis of Disease Severity.La presente se relaciona a la detección de enfermedades respiratorias mediante el uso de marcadores moleculares como herramienta pronóstico de la evolución de cuadros de infección respiratoria. Concretamente durante el diagnóstico diferencial de infecciones respiratorias causadas por el Virus Respiratorio Sincicial y el Metapneumovirus humano, se establecerá el patrón de expresión de los marcadores de severidad de IL-3, IL-33 y IL-12p40. Los patrones de expresión de los marcadores moleculares pueden determinarse en muestras biológicas mediante ensayos de ELISA, citometría de flujo o PCR en tiempo real. La confirmación del agente: etiológico de la infección en combinación con la determinación del patrón de los marcadores moleculares IL-3, IL-33 y IL-12p40 indicarán un pronóstico de severidad de la enfermedad.
