PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation that has high storage stability and can retain the efficacy and stability of bortezomib over a long period of time to solve the problems of generation and increase of an analogous substance accompanying decomposition of bortezomib.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising: (A) bortezomib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a derivative of bortezomib； and (B) a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound having a guanidino group and/or a compound having a ureido group, and optionally a pharmaceutical additive to achieve the above object. Preferably, as the pharmaceutical additive, one or more additives selected from (C) a pH adjuster and (D) a pyridine derivative may be comprised.
