PURPOSE: A body fat measurement and management device is provided to enhance the health of a user by effectively managing body fat of the user.CONSTITUTION: A main body member(30) measures the situation of subcutaneousneous fat based on output of a body fat measurement probe(10). The main body member controls output intensity of ultrasonic waves in order to manage body fat of a site which is measured through a body fat management probe(20). A computer part(40) comprises a manipulation part of a touch screen type which controls an operation of the main body member. The computer part digitalizes information measured from the main body member and indicates the information on a monitor screen.
