The present invention relates to a back retraction device which derives massaging effects and alleviates pain by stretching body around the waist. To this end, a curved protrusion part (11) is formed at an upper surface of a rotation plate (10) which is automatically rotated by a stretching device (30), and the rotation plate (10) changes slopes while a user is lying on the curve protrusion part (11), thereby allowing the waist to be retracted while body of the user rolls over.
