Provided are a matching member and an ultrasound probe including the matching member. The ultrasound probe includes a piezoelectric layer for converting an ultrasound wave to an electric signal or an electric signal to an ultrasound wave； and a matching layer disposed on the piezoelectric layer and having a particle-in-binder (PIB) structure in which a plurality of conductive particles and a binder are mixed, wherein at least one of the plurality of conductive particles includes: a core； and a shield formed of a different material than that of the core and surrounding a surface of the core.
