The present invention relates to a measurement device and method using augmented reality. According to the present invention, the measurement device using augmented reality includes a marker unit setting a reference marker as any point in an object to be measured is pointed with a first marker by a probe; and a virtual ruler unit measuring a reference distance between the first marker and the reference marker. By the virtual ruler unit between two points designated by the probe, the length of the object to be measured can be measured, and a value of the measured length can be displayed along with the object to be measured.증강현실을 이용한 측정 장치 및 증강현실을 이용한 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 증강현실을 이용한 측정 장치는, 프로브에 의해, 측정물 내 임의의 점이 제1 마커로 포인팅 됨에 따라, 기준 마커를 설정하는 마커부 및 상기 제1 마커와 상기 기준 마커 사이의 기준 거리를 측정하는 가상 룰러부를 포함하여 구성한다.
