The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a gallstone solubilizer for treatment of gallbladder disease, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a gallstone solubilizer for treatment of gallbladder disease, which solubilizes gallstone, which is a cause of gallbladder disease, and thus has an excellent effect in the alleviation or treatment of at least one symptom selected from a group consisting of asymptomatic chloelithiasis, billary colic, cholecystitis, choledocholithiasis, and billary pancreatitis.본 발명은 담석 용해제를 포함하는 담낭 질환 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 담낭 질환의 원인인 담석을 용해하여 무자각담석증(asymptomatic chloelithiasis), 담복통(billary colic), 담낭염(cholecytitis), 담석증(choledocholithiasis) 및 담석췌장염(billary pancreatitis)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 증상을 완화 또는 치료하는 것에 있어 탁월한 효과가 있는 담석 용해제를 포함하는 담낭 질환 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다.
