CONSTITUTION: A pressure dispersion structure for a vegetable and fruit washer comprises the following: a pressure dispersion member(100) including a fastening protrusion(110) with a coupling hole to be combined with a fixing protrusion formed on the bottom of a cover； first partition walls(120) formed around the fastening protrusion； partitions(130) connected to the first partition walls； a second thermal pressure dispersion groove formed in between the first partition walls and the partitions； a second partition wall(142) formed on the second thermal pressure dispersion groove； and a silicon packing installed on a packing coupling protrusion of the fastening protrusion.본 발명은 야채, 과일 등을 세척할 시에 회전하는 물살의 압력과 야채 및 과일 등에 부딪혀 발생한 물살의 압력이 결합되어 뚜껑에 부딪힐 때 발생하는 압력을 조절할 수 있도록 한 야채, 과일 세척기용 압력분산구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 뚜껑 저부에 형성된 고정돌기에 결합 될 수 있도록 체결공을 갖는 체결돌기가 형성되고, 상기 체결돌기를 중심으로 세 방향으로 구회벽이 일정 간격을 두고 형성되며, 상기 체결돌기와 거리와 떨어진 상태로 상기 구획벽에 격벽이 연결 형성되고, 상기 격벽과 거리와 이격된 상태로 상기 구획벽의 일측에 연결되는 외측벽이 형성되며, 상기 체결돌기와 격벽의 사이에는 물살의 압력을 분산할 수 있도록 제1열압력분산홈이 형성되고, 상기 격벽과 외측벽의 사이에는 물살의 압력을 분산할 수 있도록 제2열압력분산홈이 형성된 상기 분산압력부재를 특징으로 하며, 압력분산부재를 뚜껑 저부에 설치하여 세척통의 회전에 의해 발생하는 물살과 잎이 넓은 야채류인 상추, 배추 등에 의해 2차로 발생하는 물살이 압력분산부재에 부딪히게 하여 물살에 의한 압력을 분산시켜 몸체에서 뚜껑이 열리지 않도록 하여 물의 배출을 방지하는 효과가 있다. 또한 적은 비용으로 물살의 압력을 분산시키므로 소비자에게 저렴한 가격으로 제품을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
