PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is encapsulated in a capsule that is stable in terms of color, enables a wide variety of coloration and has a broader choice of bright colors, and has a high oil content so as to exert excellent moisturizing and moistening effects and high emollient effect when used together with an external liquid.
SOLUTION: The capsule (A) that is formed from pectin and/or an alginate and a polyvalent metal salt and comprises an oil gel, an oil-soluble pigment and an emulsifier is placed in the external liquid (B).
