According to the present invention, the device includes: an oriental medicine treatment container storing bean seeds； an oriental medicine extract supply unit including an oriental medicine extract storage tank storing an oriental medicine extract containing oriental medicine components, and an oriental medicine extract supply valve regulating the supply of the oriental medicine extract； a diluted solution stirrer installed in the oriental medicine treatment container； an oriental medicine component concentration sensor outputting a detection signal for operating the oriental medicine extract supply valve by detecting the concentration of the oriental medicine components from the container； a bean sprout cultivation container storing the bean seeds treated through the oriental medicine treatment container； a growth water storage tank storing growth water to be sprinkled to the bean sprout cultivation container； a growth water supply pipe connected to the growth water storage tank； a growth water supply pump connected to the growth water supply pipe； and a sprinkling unit sprinkling the growth water, which flows through the growth water supply pipe, to the bean sprout cultivation container.
