A brown rice germinating machine, comprising: a water tank (1), a heater, a temperature sensor, an atomizer, an air blower, an ozone generator (2), a first valve (3), a second valve (4), a first air inlet tube (5), a second air inlet tube (6), a germination tank (8), an air discharge device (9), a water discharge tube (10), a power source module, and a control system. The air blower is used for sending water vapor which is generated by the air and the atomizer to the germination tank, while the ozone generator is used for sending ozone to the germination tank the germination tank is provided with a rice container structure which may cause brown rice to fully and evenly come into contact with the water vapor and the air, and is provided with a gas discharge port, which is connected to the air discharge device, and a water discharge port, which is located at a bottom portion. The control system is electrically connected to the heater, the temperature sensor, the atomizer, the air blower, the ozone generator, the first valve, the second valve, a motor, the air discharge device and the power source module. Operation is simple a user need only fill the water tank with water and load the same with washed brown rice, and germinated brown rice which is safe to eat may be obtained just 20-24 hours after starting the brown rice germinating machine.
