The present invention relates to an air conditioner equipped with a sterilization filter unit applied with ultraviolet (UV) light emitting diode (LED) which comprises: a main body having an inlet hole and an outlet hole； a heat exchanger installed inside the main body, arranged between the inlet hole and the outlet hole, and cooling air flowed in from the inlet hole； and a sterilization filter unit arranged between the heat exchanger and the outlet hole, filtering the cooled air. The sterilization filter unit includes a plurality of frame parts formed of an optically transparent resin containing a light reflective material； a plurality of light guide parts formed of an optically transparent resin； and UV LED irradiating ultraviolet wavelength.
