The rotatable member enables the spool holder to rotate at least 180 degrees relative to the engaged fishing pole with the axel portion pivoting about an axis normal to a longitudinal axis of the engaged fishing pole. A spool portion is configured for suspension by the spool holder on the axel portion for rotation about the axel portion and is configured for spooling a quantity of fishing line about an axis of the rotation on the axel portion.
