PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for treatment, prevention, or amelioration of one or more symptoms of bronchoconstrictive disorders.SOLUTION: The invention provides nebulizable compositions comprising quaternary ammonium muscarinic receptor antagonists. The compositions are suitable for direct administration to a patient in need thereof via a nebulizer. Also provided are kits which comprise a nebulizable composition of the invention in combination with a nebulizer.
