The method for treating the lumbar osteochodrosis with the hernias of the disks comprises the graduated physical load and physiotherapy. The integrative kinesitherapy comprises the complex kinesiologic diagnosis, the correction and kinesitheraeutic procedures. The treatment is provided in several steps. First, the manual muscular test without the load is provided, the movement is diagnosed from more complex to simple, the muscular irritability of the muscles that are not involved into the movement is assessed, the causative factors of the decreased adaptation mechanisms of the skeletal muscles are defined. Then the manual muscular test is performed under the load (mechanical, chemical, or emotional), and the function of the muscles is assessed again. At the second step, the causative factors of the impairment of locomotor system are eliminated and the muscle that was not involved in the movements is rehabilitated. Finally, kinesitherapeutic program is developed with the involvement of the exercises using the training devicesСпособ лечения поясничного остеохондроза с грыжами дисков включает дозированную физическую нагрузку и физиотерапевтические процедуры. Кроме этого, способ осуществляют методом интегративной кинезитерапии – объединением комплексной кинезиологической диагностики, коррекции и кинезитерапевтического воздействия на организм пациента и осуществляют поэтапно. На первом этапе проводят мануальное мышечное тестирование без нагрузки, диагностируют движение от сложного к простому, от простого к движению мышц, которые его выполняют, дают оценку возбудимости мышцы, не принимающей участия в движении, и определяют причины снижения адаптационных механизмов скелетных мышц. После этого выполняют мануальное мышечное тестирование с нагрузками – механическими, химическими, эмоциональными, и снова оценивают работу мышц.
