PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swab packaging container which integrally prepares a swab storage section and medical liquid storage section and can prevent a cotton ball of a swab from unexpectedly impregnating a medical liquid prior to use of the swab and can simply and surely impregnate the medical liquid at the time of the use of the swab.SOLUTION: A medical liquid storage container 5 is folded on a cotton ball storage recessed section 3 via a fold at the tip of a container body 1 having a stick section storage groove section 2 and the cotton ball storage recessed section 3 of the swab. A projection 6 prepared to pierce a thin film piece 8 for sealing up an opening end of the medical liquid storage container 5 is arranged on an inner bottom surface of an inward bottom of the medical liquid storage container 5, and external force is prevented from directly acting on an inward outer bottom surface of the medical liquid storage container 5 prior to its use so that a cross-sectioned trapezoidal guard wall sections 7 and 7 are projected on front and rear sections of the medical liquid storage container 5. The medical liquid is impregnated into the cotton ball located at the lower side so that the thin film piece 8 is pierced by the projection 6 by making the bottom of the medical liquid storage container 5 bend downward at the time of the use of the swab.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 綿棒収納部と薬液収納部とを一体に設けてなり、使用前には薬液が不測に綿棒の綿球に含浸するのを防止しておくことができ、使用時には、簡単且つ確実に含浸させることができる綿棒包装容器を提供する。【解決手段】 綿棒の軸部収納溝部2と綿球収納凹部3とを有する容器主体1の先端に折目を介して薬液収納容器5を上記綿球収納凹部3上に折り重ねてあり、この薬液収納容器5の上向き底部の内底面に該薬液収納容器5の開口端を密閉した薄膜片8を突き破るための突起6を突設していると共に、この薬液収納容器5の前後部に断面台形状の保護壁体部7、7を突設して使用前には外力が上記薬液収納容器5の上向き外底面に直接作用するのを防止してあり、使用時には薬液収納容器5の底部を下方に撓ませて突起6により薄膜片8を破り、下方の綿球に薬液を含浸させるように構成している。【選択図】図1
