A method of detecting the presence of antibodies against mycobacterial material in a sample comprising detecting binding of antibodies in said sample to at least two types of immobilised antigen, which antigens are capable of binding to an antibody which is indicative for the presence of mycobacterial material in a human or animal. A solid substrate comprising a combination of said at least two antigens immobilised to said substrate, and the invention also relates to a biosensor comprising at least two types of immobilised antigen, which antigens are capable of binding to an antibody which is indicative for the presence of mycobacterial material in a human or animal.La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de la présence d'anticorps dirigés contre une substance mycobactérienne dans un échantillon, comprenant la détection de la liaison d'anticorps dans ledit échantillon à au moins deux types d'antigène immobilisé, des tels antigènes étant capables de se lier à un anticorps indiquant la présence d'une substance mycobactérienne chez un être humain ou chez un animal. En outre, la présente invention concerne un substrat solide comprenant une combinaison desdits au moins deux antigènes immobilisés sur ledit substrat et un biocapteur comprenant au moins deux types d'antigène immobilisé, des tels antigènes étant capables de se lier à un anticorps indiquant la présence d'une substance mycobactérienne chez un être humain ou chez un animal.
