The present invention relates to an openable spinal endoscope device. According to the present invention, the openable spinal endoscope device comprises: an endoscope body having a working channel formed therein to provide an access path to an affected area and having an open channel formed by opening a portion of a working channel so that a portion of surgical instrument inserted into the working channel can be exposed to the outside； and a cover member installed on the endoscope body to selectively open and close the open channel of the endoscope body.본 발명은 개폐가능한 척추 내시경 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 개폐가능한 척추 내시경 장치는 수술 기구의 인체 내의 환부에 대한 접근 경로를 제공하는 워킹 채널이 형성되어 있고, 상기 워킹 채널에 삽입된 수술 기구의 일부분이 외부로 노출될 수 있도록, 그 워킹 채널 중 일부분이 개방됨으로써 형성된 오픈 채널을 가지는 내시경 본체； 및 상기 내시경 본체의 오픈 채널을 선택적으로 개폐시킬 수 있도록, 그 내시경 본체에 설치되는 커버부재；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
